This simulator allows the user to set up a distribution of charges, upon which the sim will show the electric potential, electric field lines, and equipotential lines. In addition, the electric force will be observed through real time interaction of charges.

Set the charge by adjusting the range slider on the right.

Click anywhere on the simulator to put a charge down.

Continue putting various charges.

Afterward, it will show each feature selected with the check boxes one by one.

The "Go" button will let the charges accelerate according to the electric charge.

The "Stop" button will stop the charges moving.

The "Randomize" button will add 5 randow charges.

Initial Velocity: Each charge is assigned a random initial velocity (between -5 and 5 pixels)

Wall Boundary: The charges will be confined to the area of the sim, and any charge that hits the sides will "bounce" off. If this option is disabled, the charges that leave the area will be deleted.
